Construction experience
I have built from scratch or heavily remodeled 4 homes. We did most of the work ourselves, including foundation, framing, utilities (gas, electric, plumbing, data, sewer) inside and out and all finishes. Complete landscape and irrigation system install as well as pavers, walls, stone steps and outdoor lights were also installed. I am relatively competent in all phases of residential construction and am familiar with the use of most small equipment including skid steer loaders and smaller excavators. I have also used lifts on occasion for siding and paint work.
