As a Senior Project Engineer, I support multiple new construction and renovation projects simultaneously. I work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents throughout every phase of each project to help ensure successful execution. My responsibilities include managing RFIs, submittals, procurement logs, and meeting minutes for owner-architect-contractor (OAC), subcontractor, and buyout meetings. I also assist with change orders and provide overall project coordination to keep schedules, documentation, and communication on track.

• Estimating Role - Collaborated with the project team to review RFPs, define scopes of work, and conduct material takeoffs, ensuring accurate project estimations and comprehensive scope cards.
• Compiled all necessary documentation and information to assemble competitive and detailed final bid proposals for submission.
• Project Manager Role - Managed procurement logs across multiple projects, ensuring efficient tracking of materials, equipment, and change orders, while overseeing the RFI process and handling submittals for timely responses and approvals.
• Led Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) and subcontractor meetings, promoting effective communication and ensuring smooth project execution.
• Superintendent Role - Assisted in coordinating and updating project schedules weekly to ensure timely progress, while compiling and distributing daily/weekly reports with updates on project status and milestones.
• Led safety toolbox talks to promote a culture of safety on-site, ensuring full compliance with safety protocols, and performed pre-punch list inspections to support final project closeout documentation.

• Collaborated with excavation teams on civil and site development projects, operating construction machinery to ensure safety and efficiency, while actively participating in internal and client meetings to provide feedback and updates on project status.
