  • Implemented company's leave of absence automated lettering system. Trained and advised the leave team on the product and reporting capabilities.
  • Co-lead and designed company's Mexican and Puerto Rican benefits, including vender and consultant selections, implementation, employee communications and trained supporting human resources.
