Bring patients back for their appointments, get them ready for their exam. Insure they understood the instructions I gave and give any other assistance needed.

Work closely with front desk, techs and doctors.

Insure a clean and well stocked work area

Calling, confirming and scheduling mammograms and ultrasounds.

Cleaning patient exam rooms

Assisting in biopsy and needle localization procedures. Setting up and cleaning up procedure room. Assisting tech and doctors. Staying close to patient. Making sure they are as comfortable as possible and understand what the next steps are. My main goal is to help the patient through their procedure.

Sitting at front desk in waiting area.

Assessing each patient coming in quickly for an obvious medical emergency.

Starting initial work up with vitals/ pertinent information and passing care to the Nurse or Paramedic for them to start their assessment.

Completing any interventions within my scope of practice.

Maintaining clean patient rooms.

Keeping supplies stocked and organized.
