Driver Roles:

• Requires bending, crawling, lifting, stretching, reaching, pulling, and working in tight spaces
• Ability to carry and set leveling blocks under the buildings, some weighing 50lbs
• Local drives on a Monday-Friday schedule, with potential for 1-2 overnights a week
• Work with little to no supervision

For Builders & Production Roles:

• Comfortable working from ladders and roofs
• Must provide some hand tools

• Metal Building Erectors: Ability to travel, time away varies from week to week, but could be up to 4 days a week Capable of lifting at least 80 lb multiple times on a daily basis
• Work with little to no supervision
• Strong work ethic and adaptable to change
• Proficiency with measuring and accurate building layout- preferred
• Previous construction experience working with steel and metal roofing/siding- preferred
