3 Months- Work in the Lab Department through a temp agency at Advanced Foods in Visalia doing testing on Cheese Ph Solids Viscocity Hot Bath grabbing samples off the line and from tanks checking the product and do changes if needed. Check packing codes on product and making sure everythang is good.
Quality Assurance Analyst
30 Years 11 Months- Quality Assurance I did testing on product such as ph solids color dr weights acids bostwicks.
- Checked Net Weights also checked how much ingredients were going into the product correctly.
- I also worked as a Quality Assurance Auditor under the Qa Supervisor I overlooked the Qa team on the processing floor checking the paperwork and seamer operators paper work if their were errors I would notify them to correct.
- Also as a Qa Auditor I worked in the Mixroom checking the ingredients going into tanks making sure the right amount were being entered so I would check the Mixroom ‘s paperwork than I would go and test Metal Detectors for foreign material.
- Also as a Qa Auditor I worked with sanitation to make sure equipment was clean after the lines were shut down for clean up using a swab machines testing with regular and allergen swabs. Also worked with the Qa Supervisor with Gmps & Audits. Than I also worked as a Qc checking Can Seams and Cookers and Coolers working with the Mechanics if anythang was not in spec.
