Key Highlights:

  • Drive strategy and execution for our first customer facing facial recognition verification product in response to a critical fraud event, enabling the recapture of $90M in annual incremental spend
  • Was able to grow that product from a Pilot to over 1.3M users verified and cross channel use cases in < 1 year
  • Implemented our first ever facial recognition intelligence layer leveraging biometric templates to track and identify fraudulent behavior evaluating technology to balance customer privacy and protection with fraud prevention and establishing guidelines for the ethical use of this technology across our LOB fraud partners
  • Lead the launch of several Capital One Retail Partnership integrations including Walmart, BJs
  • Kohls managing product strategy, risk management, and delivery execution for cross-channel verification, authentication, and instant spend capabilities enabling over ~121M in annual revenue
