- Supervised the Nursing Staffing Office and Switchboard Communication Operator Department at BGMC
- Regulated the selection, interviewing and orientation of new hires within these departments
- Reviewed and streamline processes of the Lead Staffing Coordinators, to comply with CBA language
- Educated the Degraff and HighPointe’s supervision and staffing team on these processes and best practices
- Collaborate with the Human Resources and Kaleida’s Labor department, as well as union AVPs focusing on achieving cohesiveness within processes and practices within various departments
- Implemented the Emergency Line forms to decrease the errors between callers and the switchboard operator, specific to each site

- Work within the CSC Subcommittee, review complaints/potential violations to the safe staffing plan ratios. Develop clinical staffing plans resolutions to the trends found.
