This is simply a fancy way of describing my position as a USPS mail carrier. A hiatus from the corporate world, getting paid to exercise and spread cheer on a daily basis; but most of all- working outdoors.

• Promoted to T-6 Career within 1 month of service.
• Assisted team with operational policies and procedures to drive services.
• Evaluated progress towards achieving mission goals using key performance indicators and implemented necessary changes for continuous improvement.

20+ years of experience as a commercial and residential environmental designer, event designer and creative-go-to for colleagues across many platforms. Using my skills to create a 'safe haven' for clients. My design is organic and embracing- leading the eye on a journey throughout a space, while creating comfort and affirmation.

Developed a culture of "can-do", open ended thinking with creativity as the core of our development mission.

• Supported local non-profit creatives in finding funding and developing space for performance art and public service.
• Initiated our largest single fundraiser, CowParade. Partnering with the city of San Francisco, local non-profits and key San Francisco businesses to bring the world's largest public art event to San Francisco.
• Collaborated with local officials, social service agencies, art communities, donors and long time supporters to create a nurturing environment for our community.

My position allowed me to use my partner building skills while educating the community on our goal to create some of the industry's first ever tactile, interactive living environments for children and families that are victims of abuse.

• Lobbied for and educated the community-at-large on our mission to create a safe, healing space for children of abuse.
• Partnered with local law makers and businesses to support our mission and obtain proper backing, both financially and politically.
• Designed The Heritage of Hannah Neil, The Ranch of Opportunity and Northcutt(a sports themed residential home).
• Obtained furnishings and donations from local and national corporate partners.
• Oversaw construction timelines, budgets and public relations from inception to completion.
• On-site project management throughout all projects.
