During my time at Texas Roadhouse, I worked in four differing positions. I started as a host, and then moved to to-go orders, and then I became a server, then l assisted the team as the trainer coordinator.

• Host: I greeted guest and helped set them up for delightful dining experience as I managed their seating arrangements and worked with the servers.
• To-go: I took to-go orders, packed them up, and brought them out to our guest.
• Server: I expertly helped our guest with recommendations off the menu. I took their orders, maintained my tables cleaned, promptly multitask to meet all of their needs.
• Trainer Coordinator: I coordinated with the head managers to train the trainers. I lead orientation for all the new front of house employees. I filed all of their paperwork and kept the records up to date.
