- As a substitute I was able to work in many different places and I got an offer to work at Westside K-8 as a long term substitute but with benefits.
- I took the offer and I learned to love the school and the people that I worked with.
- The three Principal's that have helped through the journey.
- I was able to start as a coach and work with my teams at this point and teach Middle school math as their teacher with complete teacher roles with grading, testing, and mentoring students.

- In 2021, I started as a 5th grade teacher and was able to teach just math.
- I loved this grade level but decided to move up with them since middle school has been where I feel I have the most experience.
- I was able to teach Accelerated math for a block period which was 5th graders taking 6th and 7th grade math.
- Then the following year 2022-2023 was in Middle school math and had the opportunity to teach 7th grade regular most of the day and two 8th grade block periods which one was the 5th grade accelerated which this year were taught 7th and 8th grade material and took the 8th grade standardized test and the scores for this class will be attach to my google drive.

- My position in Hopewell Public Schools is as an Instructional teacher.
- I currently teach 6th grade Mathematics and enjoy doing so.
- I have created detailed lesson plans and have also ran a Professional Development class for teachers on Successful teaching Strategies in the classroom.
- I have won the award of Best of the Best in the District.
- I also tutored last school year for the math department and helped kids pass their SOL's with a passing class rate that did not pass the first time.
