  • I was offered the opportunity to grow with the company and became their Area leader. I oversee an average of 200 employees and 12 Managers with an overall sales of over 7 million between the three sites. In that time I was able to create new revenue streams through starting 3rd parties with DoorDash, UberEats, and Grubhub which was able to bring in an additional 1 million between the 3 sites within the first year. I decided to create a catering division in which I designed and set the menu prices, and was able to provide all margins which averaged a net profit of over 86%. Year to date it has now brought in an additional $200,000 and growing. Into my second year I wanted to focus on marketing and advertising, we were able to join 5 different Chamber of Commerce to help drive exposure and sales. In conjunction with that I wanted to make a jump into the digital / social media platforms. We were forced to relocate our Boynton location, and I was able to oversee the entire process of the new location buildout and finalizing the punch list with the landlord. We were able to then convert that location into a corporate training site, it was only 1 of 5 out of 88 locations. I have since been able to train General Managers and Area leaders for new locations nationwide.

  • As a lead server, my responsibilities included overseeing the entire FOH and the flow of the restaurant. I was in charge of doing all EOD checkouts ensuring cleanliness was at its peak for the next shift. I was able to delegate my team to ensure our focus was always on guest satisfaction, that our timings were always consistent with our Brand standards, scheduling to make sure the weeks staffing was in order for the operations. I was also in charge of making a floor chart for all the servers by ensuring fairness was upheld while evaluating each servers performance and accuracy.
  • I always tried to provide the level of quality and consistency that Keke’s is known for, I have cross trained throughout the restaurant including duties such as hostess, serving, line assistant, and expo.
  • As a General Manager my top priority was providing our guests with an extraordinary breakfast experience. I was able to find new and innovative ways to boost productivity and moral within my team. Finalizing all EOD and New hire paperwork, conducting interviews to find the right talent for the available positions, upholding all of our Brand and Service standards set forth by our corporation. Monitored all finances and try to reduce costs when applicable. Ensuring a smooth operation through motivation and accountability.
