Worked closely with hospice, palliative, and home health agencies. Gained competency in telemedicine using different modalities such as MyChart and Doximity.

House calls for the elderly with a focus on underserved patients in low socioeconomic neighborhoods of Washington, DC and Maryland. Strong focus on utilization of state assistance programs for much needed home health aids, food deliveries, and transportation assistance. Worked closely with PG county hospital for transitional care management in an effort to prevent re-admission after discharge from the hospital or rehab.

Geriatric house calls primary care practice caring for patients with multiple comorbidities and polypharmacy. Began working with the founder in early stages of the practice and contributed to growing practice into a multi-provider large scale house calls practice in DC, MD, and VA. Cared for geriatric patients in their homes and assisted living facilities. Comprehensive care, working side by side with hospice and home health agencies and ensuring strong communication with family.

Started first Advanced Practice Provider program at CNMC ED in conjunction with medical directors. Administrative management of other APP employees. Participated in opening of satellite CNMC ER at UMC hospital in SE DC.

Private pediatric practice serving Jacksonville, NC. 4 physician, 2 PA practice. Newborn-18 y/o. Well and sick visits, hospital admissions and follow up.

Participated in restructuring of ED to utilize APPs. Procedural responsibilities include joint reductions, lumbar punctures, laceration repairs, I&Ds, foreign body removal.

Completed emergency medicine fellowship here during first year of employment after graduation. Cared for pediatric and adult patients in main ED.
