  • Coordinated with interdisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and families, to ensure comprehensive patient care and treatment effectiveness.
  • I audit all orders transcribed by nursing, as well as documentation. I educate nursing staff upon all identified errors to assure future accuracy/understanding and defensive documentation.
  • I audit controlled pharmaceuticals, treatment/medication carts, anticoagulant therapy/laboratory monitoring, supplementation, diets, etc.
  • Recognized for exceptional venipuncture skills, particularly with dehydrated geriatric patients.
