Run daily and weekly audit reports. Access client systems to obtain itemized bills to send to debtors when requested. Mail receipts, paid-in-full letters, and financial assistance applications as requested to debtors. Mail weekly and monthly reports to clients. I was responsible for ordering my own supplies using the company credit card since the job moved to remote work.
