Summer job since 2021: Worked my way up from a Bag Drop member to being a Proshop Assistant working in collaboration with the Head Golf Professional.

• I filled the shoes of the Assistant Golf Professional when they left the company where I regripped clubs, created tournaments, corrected round scores on GHIN, updated handicaps, found/gave out reciprocals, and helped with the Youth Golf Camp
• Helping and assisting members: Checking members in for tee times, scheduling tee times, utilizing Golf Genius for tournaments and match play. Remained calm and composed in tense situations involving angry or upset customers.
• Troubleshooting: Help troubleshoot with computer and POS issues. Help troubleshoot issues members may have with member IDs and account information.
• Presentation: Cleaning course, setting up carts for tournaments, setting up/picking the driving range, and professional look to welcome members
• Miscellaneous: Doing tasks handed down from superiors such as setting up events, providing cart maintenance, or any task the owner feels necessary. Helped Head Golf Pro with daily checklists and last-minute requirements
