• Effected enhanced monitoring ability by completing Operation View with accuracy and efficiency by enabling the existing video archiving system to view and record the interior of the X-Ray units at Newark Liberty International Airport for future review. This improved system allowed the security supervisors to assess the skills and integrity of the contract guards at an air cargo facility subject to Federal Aviation Administration and Port Authority of New York and New Jersey policies and protocols.
• A Loss Prevention Program was designed and implemented for the client, a nationwide rendering firm, virtually eliminating all occurrences of theft in tri-state area once estimated at over $800,000.00 per year. Investigations and surveillances were conducted which resulted in dozens of arrests for criminal trespass, theft, larceny and burglary. The client was then assisted in the preparation for court trials during attorney strategy meetings with detailed, comprehensive reports. An essential, low-cost, Loss Prevention Program is currently in place sustaining a theft-free environment.
• Supervised teams of more than ten staff members in the year-round trademark protection program engineered by the National Football League and have participated in the confiscation of tens of millions of dollars of counterfeit merchandise since 1991. This involves the criminal or civil seizure of counterfeit or infringing merchandise in different jurisdictions throughout the the nation with a working knowledge of state and federal counterfeiting laws with contacts in law enforcement agencies across the country.
