Pressure was even increased due to the difficulty in finding staff which left only me and couple others left in the kitchen.

I was a designated trainer who would train new employees at our location and employees who were becoming managers across multiple states.

I would be in charge of running the kitchen and making sure everything was running well while being in charge of managing communication between the servers and the kitchen staff.

I was expected to run the kitchen under immense pressure, given that our store was one of the busiest in Missouri while translating from English to Spanish for my fellow line cooks.
