This is a small boating community town with 50% of the homes second residences . I am inspecting Electrical and building with all related plan review and customer related contact . The town does only 400 permits per year for all trades so its a night and weekend part time job . I get many homeowner i'm doing this myself questions which takes a relaxed mindset to negotiate through . Its my responsibility to ensure all permits are inspected and closed properly for CO and home warranties . Do to many rental properties we do routine electrical and building checks for safety .

My background in flood zone areas is very strong so doing plan review is important to check issues before installations become failures .

My 40 year background in electrical contracting, electrical inspecting , building constructing and inspecting covers metal , masonry , wood with emergency management structures . I believe the electrical inspection plan review position should be of a supportive attitude while insuring code compliant installations .
