Component removal and replacement.

Staking, bonding and underfill of components.

Routing of wire modifications.

Paceline inspection of PCB board's coming off of the assembly line and repairing or reworking any defects that are observed.

Performed functional testing and cosmetic inspections on metal detectors, x ray and high Speed check weighers.

Using electrical drawings I would plum and wire metal detectors, x ray and high Speed check weighers.

Perform functional testing and troubleshoot PCB boards using oscilloscope, multimeter and test rig to determine which component or components we're defective and remove and replace with non defective components.

Using a microscope I would repair, remove defective components using solder iron or hot air.

Staking, bonding components and routing wire modifications.

I also would apply various epoxy coatings to the repaired component area that is being instructed by the visual aids.

Operate the SMT component pick n place machines.

Using a microscope I would perform visual inspections and perform solder repairs on the PCB boards in accordance with IPC standards for Class 2 products.
