- Started as a peer recovery specialist with the organization and promoted to Operations Supervisor.
- Harm reduction services
- Developed and implement Voices of Hope's Recovery House Program. Including MCORR and MDRN accreditation. Along with development of Policies & Procedures to ensure residents have a safe, supportive, and holistic environment for recovery
- Providing approved MABPCB trainings to the community as well as staff within the organization, providing CEU's for CPRS and CHW
- Linking individuals to resources and applying a holistic approach to recovery
- Providing direct supervision, support, and mentorship to Peer Recovery Specialists in a 24/7 recovery center
- Responsible for cecil program operations and accountability of Peer Recovery Specialists that are upholding the organizations mission & vision while engaging with the community we serve
