Qualifications

  • I have many years in the manufacturing field. With this comes a great deal of experience. This would include managing all aspects of industrial maintenance, including troubleshooting complex electrical and mechanical issues throughout the facility. Purchasing all maintenance, repair, and operating supplies. Provide departmental support throughout the manufacturing process. This would include machine operator training and support on functionality troubleshooting of the equipment. I wrote and implemented equipment preventive maintenance and calibration procedures to reduce equipment downtime and support ISO standards and operation. Validate new and upgraded equipment in order to verify functionality and proper operation. IQ, OQ, PQ. Generate and retain equipment repair history records for uses such as product non-conformances and ISO certifications. Identify recurring problem areas that need to be addressed to enhance equipment performance and safety within the production process. Work closely with other departmental managers to align equipment repair and upgrade schedules to minimize the impact on customer production needs. Evaluate equipment, parts and supplies needed for all repairs and upgrades. Implemented computerized maintenance management systems at separate companies. Include evaluations and performance of the software. Provided training to all the maintenance associates on the proper use of the software. To provide the maximum impact for other departmental customer support. Implemented and maintained equipment spare parts inventory. Sourcing distributors and cross-referencing suppliers for needed repair and operating parts. This minimizes equipment downtime to decrease maintenance costs and lead times. Formulate maintenance schedules based on parts and equipment availability to minimize downtime for repairs and upgrades. Assign the resources needed to stay within the given time-scheduled allotted time frames for upgrades and repairs. I am a hands-on individual. This allows me to troubleshoot all issues and problems associated with different types of equipment. Such as converting equipment. Flexographic and Rotogravure printing presses.
