Summary

As a mathematics instructor, I take my job very seriously. My commitment is to give students the learning experiences and explorations they need to reach their full potential for intellectual, emotional, and social development. Since deciding to pursue a career in education, I have found tremendous satisfaction in being able to develop learner-centered classrooms through the use of several pedagogies, with differentiation and inquiry-based teaching serving as my primary scaffolding tactics. I am committed to creating an atmosphere that encourages productive learning of basic math concepts. Looking to contribute my knowledge and skills to an institution that has a genuine concern for students and recognizes that they are the leaders of tomorrow.
