Worked with a multidisciplinary team to care for and treat patients of a multitude of diagnosis and treatment plans, including psychiatric holds and substance abuse withdrawal management. Treatment of patients also included post operative care and education.

• Assisted with wound care, dressing changes and NG tube placement to maintain stable patient conditions.
• Managed caseload of 6 patients simultaneously by providing bedside care, treatments, IV therapy, and wound care.
• Educated patients and families on disease diagnosis, prognosis and post-operative care.

• Worked with a multidisciplinary team including Medical doctors, PAs, NPs, psychiatric medical providers, and other RNs to improve patient outcomes in the inpatient setting.
• Monitored patients on cardiac/telemetry and other monitors to ensure quick treatment of irregular cardiac rhythms and vital signs.
• Worked with critically ill patients in the ICU to treat severe illness using a multitude of progressive treatments and equipment.
