  • MicroDiagnosis, Inc. - Negotiated the license rights to an exciting new diagnostics technology developed by scientists at Keest State University. The real time viral and bacterial pathogen detection system is currently in prototype development.
  • Indico: Assisted founders of Edge Medical, Inc. in public spin-off of a radiological product. Our technicians developed a unique product call RadTag. We partnered with Alberta University in Canada on development and eventually took the company public in Canada, Indico Resources LTD

  • Served as acting CEO of a Saudi Arabian hospital management company, which was contracted by the Ministry of Health to run 4 of its Air Force Hospitals. Developed strategic computerization plan, reviewed human resources approach, helped install a Clinical Director’s Management program for 3 hospitals and designed a cardiac care program. Re-tooled the hospital’s operations to cut costs and empower the hospital directors to have more decision-making power.
  • Served as an International Advisor for Project Hope’s Health Administration activities. Led a team of architects and consultants to develop a strategic plan for a new Children’s Hospital in Taiwan. Advised University officials on how to maximize patient billing cycles using a new payment system.
