Working in the security field for the last 10 years, I've learned a lot about de- escalating potential violent incidents, operating all different types of CCTV software such as Variant, exacqVision, DS ControlPoint, iVMS, and C-Cure Monitoring Systems. My work in the fire safety position gave me a vast knowledge of fire safety protocols and operating of fire panels and fire equipment.
My time in Community Corrections gave me vast knowledge of State and Federal prison protocols for the DOC(Department of Corrections) and BOP(Bureau of Prisons) which included proper strip searches and room searches, investigating inmate incidents, court proceedings for federal inmate hearings, safety measures for all staff and inmate residents.
