• Train, facilitate, and consult entities (individuals, teams, organizations, and school districts) on restorative justice, equity, liberation, healing-centered engagement, and conflict exploration.

Key Achievement: Trained over 5 school districts in Restorative Justice implementation, giving over 150 schools restorative internal policy for equitable outcomes.

• Planned and implemented integrated lessons to meet national standards.
• Worked under direction of licensed teacher in and outside of classroom.
• Created lesson materials, visuals and digital presentations to supplement lesson plans.
• Encouraged creative thinking and motivated students by addressing individual strengths and weaknesses.

Key Achievement: Gave incarcerated youth the motivation to strive for success while helping them visualize and plan for their own success plans.

• Created entire after school program curriculum.
• Developed and taught Black studies and art curriculum to middle school students.
• Supported implementation of the annual Black Student Success Summit.

Key Achievement: Lead entire after school program that empowered 15 Black students to learn their history and create art that represented them.

• Lead organizer of all organizational projects that shared implementation tools around cultural responsiveness for educators, administrators, community members, parents, and families.
• Developed and initiated projects, managed costs, and monitored performance.
• Updated operational methods, oversaw accounting procedures, tracked information and compiled data to improve efficiency.
• Fostered relationships with vendors to promote positive working relationships.

Key Achievement: Assisted in drafting a bill we presented to congress that would mandate every educator to be trained in culturally responsiveness, the bill got picked up by a government education agency where they implemented our language in policy.
