Warren CAT
Tulsa, OK
05.2018 - 11.2021
My responsibilities as a Parts Rep 1 have ranged from picking parts in the warehouse to answering calls all over our territory and ordering parts for customers while providing excellent customer service.
I started pulling orders in the warehouse for customers and insuring the accuracy of the parts pulled to be sent to or picked up by customers. For three months I pulled parts then moved to run the pack station. My responsibilities increased with making sure every order was accurately picked and ready for pick up or send off. Also with my duties as the pack station rep I insured shop and rental orders made it to our technicians in a timely manner.
Shortly after running the pack station I was appointed to Will Call rep. I assumed the duty of giving orders to the customers upon pick up as well making sure orders we paid in full at pick up.
After Will Call I was moved to the Parts Counter to start my training as a counter representative. I ordered for mostly Tulsa, and Oklahoma City customers for Warren. After two months of being in that position I was moved again, into the Call Center in Tulsa. Where my responsibilities grew from Tulsa and Oklahoma City, to our whole
territory.
For a little over a year now I've been on the parts counter. I have been responsible for taking care of walk in customers and calls ins for our region. I've been entrusted with releasing back orders, credit and rebills, CPRO orders, FDO's, and ordering major rebuilds for machines and engines for the shop. I've been apart of jobs that have brought in over two million dollars of parts revenue for Tulsa Parts Department. In addition I've had the responsibility of training several peers in the day to day of being a counterman for Tulsa.
