Summary

Being at Saint Mary Parish School Board has allowed me to develop an in-depth troubleshooting process and become knowledgeable of a wide variety of computer hardware as well as being knowledgeable in software and Networking . My main skills are hardware troubleshooting, being well versed on Windows 10-11, Network troubleshooting, and teamwork. Saint Mary also allowed me to have a diverse skillset with many other minor responsibilities. Such as making a list of our requisition needs, basic familiarity with the Cisco and Aruba CLI, troubleshooting fiber and ethernet networks, running and terminating ethernet cable to make drops, coordinating with third party companies, training multiple coworkers, and lastly documenting successful troubleshooting steps.
