Designed overall system for VIP Member experiences

Description
ESPN Sports Bars and restaurants offer special services with their VIP membership. This includes private entrances with security systems to allow them access anytime and avoid lines and too many fans. Think Michael Jordan visiting the ESPN Bar in Buckhead (uptown Atlanta).
Integrating with plastic card payment system by Infinity Solutions Games, we developed a database and security software to maintain and track the details of a VIP member.
This system would record specific information of the member such as favorite drink, favorite food, tables and service staff names as well as their spending amounts and habits. The bar owners used this information to prepare for the VIP member visits to provide premium services.
