Cataloging land acquisition project files housed in physical folders
Organizing and culling land records to reduce overall physical footprint of paper records
Identifying and labeling records located within DCR's Land Protection files and Plans collections and removing duplicates
Boxing and listing basic metadata for each project file or plan so the scanning vendor can accurately digitize DCR's records
Organizing, indexing large-format plans from the Land Protection office and the Plans Library in preparation for scanning
Working cooperatively with Land Acquisition and Protection Staff, & Plans Library Staff on a variety of projects as needed
