IA Cyber Manager in a high-tempo Signal Intelligence production,
overseeing three Raytheon ISSOs across the U.S. to manage and prioritize classified government programs for national intelligence and secure authorizations-to-operate (ATO).

KEY ACCOMPLISHMENT

• Successfully led a team of three ISSOs to create and implement System
  Security Plans and compliance reports for multiple classified
  government programs, achieving a 100% approval rate for ATOs. This
  initiative ensured compliance with security standards and supported a
  digital transformation that aligned IT initiatives with business
  objectives, enhancing cybersecurity and customer experience.

Managed multi-million dollar DoD IT system assets, overseeing
automation and communications-electronics for planning, design,
operations, and support. Enhanced network reliability through diligent
monitoring and proactive issue resolution.

KEY ACCOMPLISHMENT

• Supervised a six-person team in modernizing the 519th Military Police
  Battalion's communications server room during a 24-hour service
  interruption, collaborating with joint operations to enhance secure
  communications. Achieved zero mission impact during Operations
  Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. Awards include Army
  Achievement Medal (2008) and Meritorious Service Medal (2009).

Responsible for the IT management of multiple DoD systems and
infrastructure operations, including IA/cybersecurity, computer network defenses, and resource budget valued at $2 million.

KEY ACCOMPLISHMENT

• Successfully supported short-notice real-world Humanitarian mission deploying two combat communications elements within 36-hoursproviding deployable initial communications and networking capabilities in support of Operation Hurricane Katrina. Earned Company Grade Officer of Quarter (2006).
