I have ridden mountain bikes in the Shawnee Forest and the mountains of Colorado.

I have traveled from coast to coast by motorcycle. Over mountains and across deserts.

I have kayaked , canoed ,and white water rafted from eastern rivers to the canyon rivers of Colorado.

I weight train on a regular schedule to maintain strength and muscle mass.

I run 5k races sponsored by different festivals ans events.

I have also ran in team races such as the River to River Relays across Southern Illinois.

I have played as a member of bands performing in public settings and festivals.
