Steven Chisari

In July of 2024, I was again promoted to Assistant Director. I was then responsible for ordering all store supplies, keeping inventory, scheduling crew members, sanitizing and deep cleaning procedures such as pressure-washing, sustaining cleaning schedules, fulfilling catering requests, and all quality and supply chain measures and inspections.

After about 8 months, I was promoted to team leader which added the additional responsibilities of leading the back-of-house crew members, assigning position roles, training new team members, and maintaining food safety protocol and standards.

I began my employment with Chic-Fil-A as a team member in 2022. During this time I was responsible for food preparation, cleaning and maintaining equipment, transitioning the store and re-stocking supplies, assisting with opening and closing the store, and providing customer service.
