Hard work, dedication, loyalty, and precision. These are the keystones of my work ethic.
While my resume only shows two jobs to be listed, I have ,more work experience and during every job I have been at, I have always made trainer and/or manager within record time with these keystones. From my first job at 15 years old as a stock boy in a local grocery store (lead stocker within 7 months), to my first table serving job at Cracker Barrel (4 star trainer within 4 months), to my most recent position at Porch.com (first time Call Center Sales - corporate within 4 mo's, supervisor in another 6 mo's, and Manager in another year). I have always ensured stellar Service is key. That service does not stop at the customer however -it is also delivered to team members, upper Leadership, as well as the company itself.
I am always eager to learn and apply new thoughts, actions, and processes to ensure I am upholding my end of the bargain of providing the best experience for all involved. Wether I am needing to learn on my own (LinkedIn Learning, YouTube, or virtual seminars), learn a new CRM, or even lear about a new and exciting product, I do so from the standpoint of a positive, friendly, and empathetic stance.
