  • As a Tech Pubs Drafting Supervisor, my responsibilities include but not limited to, overseeing 15 drafters in updating and maintaining USPS A&M Parts books by developing and producing illustrated part information and technical support drawings for complex electromechanical equipment in AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor.
  • I also update and maintain drafters’ tasks in ServiceNow, which include but are not limited to creating program stories, creating, and assigning Drafting Work Orders with deadlines, and reporting all program progress through ServiceNow, as well as other tasks that are assigned by the USPS customer.
  • As the Supervisor, I also supervised timesheet records to make sure correct charge codes were being utilized for the respective pay periods. Approved timesheets at the end of each pay period and reported any discrepancies.
  • Took part in collaboration meetings with in-house customer to make sure their needs were being met with the work published.
  • Created any stories in ServiceNow to track work of the customer of any feedback received.
