Oversaw the nightly operations of the Network Operations Center (NOC) within a multi-house assisted living facility. Responsibilities included maintaining sleep logs, monitoring and reporting incidents of falls and accidents, addressing the needs of disoriented and disruptive residents, coordinating laboratory work, distributing medications, and providing essential care services to residents, such as assisting with personal hygiene and restroom needs. These tasks were carried out while live-in caregivers and staff were off-duty. Additionally, I managed the intake and coordination of Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) services as required.

Provided comprehensive patient care by assisting with personal hygiene, including showering, shaving, oral hygiene, and dressing. Administered medications, monitored health and well-being, maintained medical records, and reported any changes. Additionally, assisted with meal preparation, household tasks, brief changes, and bedpan changes.

I provided individualized support to clients, assisting them with personal care tasks such as toileting and dressing for the day. In some instances, I also aided clients with showering, ensuring their hygiene needs were met. Additionally, I prepared meals and maintained a clean and safe environment. I diligently reminded clients of their medication schedules and facilitated transportation to various appointments as necessary. Furthermore, I offered companionship to enhance their overall quality of life.
