Summary

I have been at Faurecia Clean Mobility since 2015. Moving from Operator to Gap Leader in 2018 and then from production to Quality in the beginning 2023. I have filled in for Quality Engineers positions that were not filled. Leading the Morning Market meetings, putting together Quality Alerts and presenting QRCI's and also holding various trainings for production team members. Have also had some training in Quality Lab with Faro Arm on CAM2 and PowerInspekt programs. While I was still a Gap Leader in production I received an award for having values of accountability,respect,exemplarity,and entrepreneurship. Summary of situation, Displayed great value in taking on extra challenges by not only being. responsible for my assigned lines,but also extra lines not originally assigned to me. I also
demonstrated teamwork by coming in on scheduled days
off to assist when other shifts were short handed.
