As a live-in manager of an independent senior retirement community of over 134 units and 30 employees.Familiar with all aspects of operations, including but not limited to -A/R ,A/P,deposits,petty cash.Overseeing community budget ,tracking labor hours,rent collection and community expenditures

Meeting the needs of residents,welcoming them to the transition of moving to an independent community.Responding to their individual needs and concerns.Answering emergency calls,(Staff member on call 24-7)notifying appropriate services and immediate family contacts as needed.

Bus driver for Warren County.

Established route to pick up students from list given by the school administration . Contacted custodial parents ,setting pick up and drop off times of all students on route. Students Kindergarten to high school age. Transferring older students to other bus going to the High school and delivering younger students to the elementary school.

Maintaining discipline on the bus, working with young students to keep their behavior reasonable and safe.

Post and pretrip inspections and working with bus garage mechanics to keep bus in best working condition

Also working in the school buildings,painting,cleaning,disinfecting and other duties as needed. Readying classrooms and common areas for student occupancy.

As needed, fill in position in any Hawthorn Community

Hawthorns working model is two sets of managment couples living in the community.with more than 70 communities coast to coast there is often a void in community due to illness ,vacation or other circumstances.

To be able to arrive at any community and fill in as manager ,answering emergency call,meet residents needs and supervise staff.

Stabilized staff,reduced AR from thousands of dollars to less than $5 a month and held it there . Qualified community for refinancing at a much reduced interest rate. Grew census and increased resident satisfaction.

Maintained high standards of food quality,worked with a registered dietician in regards to resident nutritional needs.Including thickened meals,soft and bland meals and regular menu items.

Ordering food and supplies,maintaining kitchen budget and staying in compliance with county food inspection standards.
