My role as Store Manager at Pac Sun everyday is to provide excellent customer service at all times across the board, support my Assistant store managers in every day to day tasks such as Floorset Management, scheduling, meetings and conference calls, HR and DM visits. I am very dedicated to my role as store manager and do so by providing a safe, friendly and structured work environment for all staff and managers. I handle interviews and hiring needs as well as weekly staffing and workload requirements. I handle shipment and ship from store processes along with the customer online ordering and mobile checkout through the store.
