My time at IWC

I have been working for the Institutional Wholesale Company for what will be seven years this this upcoming July, in those seven years I have never called out, nor have I been late for a single shift. My life outside of the company is dedicated to improving myself through time spent at the gym and doing meal prep. I bring that same dedication to my responsibilities at work, regardless of what it is you do, I always believe that you should be the best at it. I worked for over three years on night shift as a order selector, lift operator, as well as a night shift lead. I have been working on day shift for over three years as well, as a lift operator, inside sales representative, and driver check in. I have extensive knowledge of the 400 and know the majority of the business operations, having worked on both shifts. I know what is expected from one shift going in to the other. If given the opportunity to assist the company as day shift lead, I promise to exceed expectations of the tasks assigned to me. I have completely open availability, currently averaging fifty+ hours a week, and I have no problem working Saturdays (have been working every Saturday for the better part of a year). I know changes are coming to IWC and am looking forward to what I can do as a future leader in the company, if given the chance to prove myself. Thank you in advance for taking my application in to consideration.
