• Completes routine wastewater system maintenance assignments and activities, without direct supervision, including, but not limited to, minor collection line repairs, lift station pump and manhole maintenance and repairs, service line installation and repairs, concrete work and general maintenance of wastewater collection system.
• Maintains all equipment utilized in maintenance activities, other routine maintenance of appropriate equipment.

The Water/ Wastewater Operator installs and maintain water and wastewater utility system lines, lift stations, and equipment for the city. An incumbent in this position also installs fire hydrants , changes water meters , and unclogs sewer lines.

• Enhanced weapon functionality by conducting detailed inspections and identifying necessary repairs.
• Increased unit readiness by performing timely maintenance on small arms and artillery systems.
• Restored damaged weapons to full operational capability through expert troubleshooting and repair techniques.
• Supported mission success by maintaining accurate inventory records of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
