Under the direction of the Principal, the Dean of Students, serves as an instructional leader in the planning, coordination, and administration of school activities and programs, including curriculum, instruction, assessment, student conduct and attendance, athletics and extracurricular programs, school plant operations, and the supervision and evaluation of assigned personnel.

Positive Behavior Intervention & Support (PBIS) Director is a highly qualified Behavior Intervention Specialist with knowledge and skills necessary to assist individuals, groups and systems through the application of positive behavior supports. The PBIS Director helps coordinate Functional Assessments of Behavior and Behavior Intervention Plan that address students' inappropriate behaviors and provide a means to help the students become more academically successful. Behavior Intervention Specialist also provides classroom and school-wide behavior management strategies.

Staff training program in behavior management, de-escalation, and crisis intervention. TACT2 helps staff develop skills to manage misbehaviors while enhancing relationships with troubled children and youth. Because of its comprehensive content, TACT2 is most often offered in group homes, residential treatment, shelters, and alternative schools/settings that serve high-risk youth
