I demonstrated these skills during my employment with Phelps Memorial Hospital Center. While here I had to communicate with different people of all ages and backgrounds to help assist them with scheduling appointments for physical therapy and communicating insurance information to them. I often end up serving as a translator for patients depending on the situation., I am a proven dependable individual in the workplace. Whenever the supervisor is out, I am put into her role and must communicate with other department heads whenever patient issues arise. I'm also in charge of making the schedule for the rest of our front-end team and coordinating what tasks must be completed for the day.
