- Leadership focused on North American Strategy Initiatives.
- Focus on leading operations through Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, and WCO.
- Strong relationship with Sales and Product Management to onboard new business and maintain customer-centered relationships while driving efficiency for cost savings for Huhtamaki.
- Assist sales in growing business from $135M to nearly $200M through equipment installation while optimizing existing operations to effectively achieve greater output and better cost to BU.
- Work with Folding Carton plants to improve Safety Incident records to the best overall RIR and LTIR rates in North America in recent years
- Lead the effort to introduce auto packing into Folding Carton for ergonomic benefits to employees while driving to improve output for Huhtamaki.
