Graduated from police academy 01/1994.


Assigned to uniform patrol division 01/1994-05/1999.


Selected as a field training officer for new police officers.


Became a senior police officer 1997.


Selected by the police department to host the COPS television production team on ride alongs for approximately 4-5 weeks. Three of the segments where aired on television.


Transferred to Narcotics and Vice Investigations as a Detective 05/1999.


Assigned to the FBI Safe Streets Violent Gang Task Force 2006-2012. Received top secret clearance and deputization by the FBI. Conducted complex long term federal investigations of violent prison and street gang members.


Assigned back to Narcotics and Vice Investigations Division of the Corpus Christi Police Department as a Detective 2012- to present.


Some of my current duties include:


1. Conducting long and short term complex state and federal investigations.


2. Planning and initiating various operations to include undercover investigations, surveillance, executes search and arrest warrants.


3. Gathering information and facts and preparing detailed reports for filing cases for prosecution.


4. Works alongside numerous coworkers and federal agencies.

Cared for a small herd of whitetail deer in pens at my residence (less than 50 head of deer).


Experienced with medicating sick deer and with sedating deer with a dart gun.


Experience with visually inspecting a deer herd and watching for signs of illness.


Maintained accurate records for Texas Parks And Wildlife. Familiar with laws in regards to whitetails.


Bottle fed fawns on occasion.


Working knowledge of deer pedigrees and have been successful at growing wide framed typical bucks.


Strong knowledge of the deer breeding industry.


Maintains contacts in the deer business.


Consulted with other deer breeders and assisted with various tasks at their deer operations to include darting, giving shots, tagging, transporting, cutting antlers, helping with artificial insemination of whitetail deer. Some of the ranches include Dos Amigos (James Robinson), Gist Kinsman (Greg Gist), Wildside Ranch (Dobson family), Seven Seas Ranch (Shiloh Sosa).


Have housed deer including breeder bucks from other deer operations (Seven Seas Ranch) and (Wildside Ranch).
