- Hired as team member where I learned the core values of Caribou Coffee and how to properly and efficiently make beverages to SOP.
- Promoted to Shift Leader in fall of 2021 where I helped train new team members, learned how to run a floor and lead the team to have a successful day, while accomplishing daily tasks.
- In 2022 I applied to be the AGM and proved myself ready to move up and take on the next step in my Caribou career. I was then promoted to AGM.
- During my AGM training, I became ServSafe certified and learned about the bigger picture to assisting in running a successful store.
- Became an unassigned AGM while my new store was being built. During this time I assisted 3 other locations in mentoring staff members, fostering a supportive work environment that enhanced employee performance and retention.
- Oversaw inventory management processes to maintain proper stock levels and minimize spoilage or waste.
- Developed and implemented new operational procedures, streamlining daily tasks and improving overall efficiency.
- Assisted in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process for new employees to build a skilled workforce committed to excellence in service delivery.
- In June 2023 my GM and I opened our new store and it was recognized for being one of the most successful NSOs.
