I will hold the supervisors under me accountable while also coaching them to succeed.
I will strive to have all departments working as one. Currently this is not the case all the time
I began in 2011 as a C shift supervisor in the melt shop. Around 2020 I was promoted to General Foreman in the melt shop on B shift. I have held that position to this day
I was accountable for shipments,quality,productivity,safety,scheduling as well as working with customers Siemens, Snecma and Fuji IHI.
I supervised 30 employees in the machine shop as well as polishing. I was accountable for cost,quality,safety, productivity and scheduling.
I am trained on Green Belt six sigma and had completed numerous projects
I have training in lean manufacturing and have help set up lean work cells
I have been trained and completed many Kaigen events
I have given numerous presentations to Siemens Orlando and Fugi IHI
I have had supervisors ,production control ,and qaulity employees work under me while I was a Program Manager I was able to motivate them as well as train and guide them which resulted in achieving on time deliveries which had not been achieved in years -
