• TRANSUNION, An Engineering Manager, 3 years, Full time, As a part of my current role of Manager in TransUnion, I have the responsibility of managing two separate teams, with a total of 11 members - 6 from India and 5 from US, who are reporting directly to me. Officially, my roles and responsibilities are broadly categorized as people leadership and platform management, and therefore includes tasks such as 1:1 meeting with my individual team members, appraisals, goal settings, compliance adherence etc., as well as technical guidance and crisis management related to the deliveries of my platform. Some of the strategic projects that I have delivered while in this leadership role are: Incident management, Operational Metrics, CAB Meeting Ownership, Cloud Migration.
• TRANSUNION, Lead Developer, 2 years, Full time, I joined TU as a lead(principal) developer, with the primary role of delivering critical and time-sensitive projects, contribute towards steering the overall technical direction of the teams I am involved with, as well as guiding senior, mid-level and junior developers with their technical growth and deliveries. As a part of this role, I have delivered multiple projects myself, along with helping my team deliver many critical and time-sensitive work. I have listed two of the major ones below: Enable CICD pipeline through-out the platform, Scoring On Demand - service script changes.
• EXUSIA, Senior Developer, 2 years, Contract, Client - FedEx: The FedEx project for Exusia mainly revolved around migrating their legacy Mainframe/COBOL code to Ab-Initio. Client - TransUnion: As a part of my work with TransUnion as a client, I was involved with TU SRG – which is a horizontal that serves all TU Verticals like Consumer, Healthcare, FS, Insurance etc. This TransUnion project of Exusia was on a migration project to convert their legacy C++ code to Abinitio.
• Tech Mahindra - Team Lead/ Developer, 7 years. Worked as a contractor for GE Finanace and Synchrony Financial - supporting their massive data warehouse as a developer at offshore and then maturing into a Team Lead at client location in the US where I was primarily responsible for gathering requirements from stakeholders and converting them into technical work streams and responsible for delivering the service
