As a waitress, I’ve really developed my communication skills, and I enjoy connecting with customers. I’m great at multitasking, juggling orders, serving, and handling payments smoothly, even when things get hectic. Paying attention to the little details helps me get orders right, and notice what customers might need before they ask. My time as a manager gave me a better understanding of how every part of the team fits together, and taught me how important it is to support my coworkers and work as one.

I worked at my previous restaurant for seven years, starting as a waitress and eventually taking on management responsibilities. I truly loved growing with the restaurant and being part of its journey, while also helping it grow through my dedication to both customers and staff. Building connections with regulars and new guests was one of the most rewarding parts of the job. I always aimed to make people feel welcome and cared for. Whether I was serving tables or supporting the team behind the scenes, I focused on creating a positive environment where both customers and staff could enjoy a great experience and hopefully want to share their experience with others.
